Overhead Cranes: Underhung Cranes

CraneVeyor manufactures a complete range of underhung cranes with structural beam girders. The cranes are available from ¼ ton push/pull type to 20 tons capacity long span, multiple runway type. We manufacture our end trucks and have CNC machinery to turn wheels and mill assemblies, and efficient jigs to align the assemblies. CraneVeyor 4036 Series Cranes

• Series 4036 Specifications — Available to 3 tons capacity and to 30' span in hand pushed, hand geared and motorized versions. This cost effective crane is assembled from stock components for quick delivery.

CraneVeyor Z Series Cranes

Available from 1 to 15 tons capacity and to 60'+ span the Z Series cranes have unique features including flangeless wheels for long wheel and runway life, and friction tire drives for no open gearing. Z Series underhung cranes are available in the following configurations:

• Series Z-6 Specifications   — Z-6 cranes; spans to 60', and capacities to 3 tons
• Series Z-10 Specifications — Z-10 cranes; spans to 60', and capacities to 5 tons
• Series Z-20 Specifications — Z-20 cranes; spans to 60', and capacities to 10 tons
• Series Z-30 Specifications — Z-30 cranes; spans to 48', and capacities to 15 tons

Overhead Cranes: Double Girder and Multiple Runway Cranes

The 4036 and Z Series cranes are available in double girder construction for higher capacities and low headroom. Double girder cranes are available to 30 tons capacity. Multiple runway, single or double girder cranes are used for long cranes where additional runways can be provided in the building roof structure.
